Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Hatchuel Tabernik & Associates, Inc. (HTA), Berkeley, CA, for the latter to design and execute the OUSD I3 project evaluation, including evaluation of annual outcomes for project-specific goals on the annual performance report and submission of the required project evaluation report to the US DOE. The services will include: 1) Cooperation with DOE staff and technical assistance contractor on program evaluation; 2) Revision of evaluation design; 3) Evaluation data collection; Evaluation and reporting of annual outcomes for project-specific goals on the annual performance report that is due March 30, 2013; and 4) Project evaluation report that is due February - April 2013, for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00.
