Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Revolution Prep, Santa Monica, CA, for the latter to provide (1) a full day professional development for teachers and administrators on the logistics of program implementation (such as how to enroll students, individualize assignments and homework, and monitor student progress) and on blended learning strategies that can increase efficacy; (2) follow up coaching at sites to ensure effective implementation by teachers and administrator and to address "individualized" site needs of staff and students; and (3) support to the District to evaluate effectiveness of program including teacher and administrator implementation and student learning resulting to improved CAHSEE passage and proficiency rates, for the High School Network, for the period January 6, 2012 through March 31, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $21,000.00.
