Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the District and Finkbeiner and Associates, for the later to continue to work with the Facilities Department and its leadership team to develop a strategic management and operational plan to align the Department to the District's Strategic Plan and to confer with senior management in other Departments on human capital management solutions, extending the term of the Agreement from April 1, 2011 to December 30, 2011 to June 30, 2012 and increasing the Agreement by $10,000.00, from $20,000.00 to $30,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
