Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Aspiranet, South San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide additional services to augment current unit of service to serve more students and increase current staff hours from 18 hours/week to 20 hours/week and hire 3 additional staff to enhance current comprehensive After School Program that serves approximately 200 students daily, increasing Menu of Service, Option D, Core allocation, and Option F, Family Literacy allocation at Melrose Leadership Academy, for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, in an additional amount of $96,889.00, increasing the Contract not-to-exceed amount from $190,211.00 to $287,100.00, pursuant to the terms and conditions as specified in the MOU.
