Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Kim Woolley, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide project management, community stakeholder engagement, and pilot coordination services designed to operationalize and implement an arts integration pilot during Expanded Learning programs, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 4, 2023 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $70,000.00.
