Ron & Associates, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to prepare and submit a Record Survey to the County of Alameda for the Chabot Elementary School Site in conjunction with the Chabot New Classroom and Multi-Purpose Building, in an additional amount not to exceed $3,400.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $84,600.00 to $88,000.00 and extending the contract period of February 12, 2007 through January 31, 2008 to December 31, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
