Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement between the District and Common Vision, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to pick up meals from pick up meals from Coliseum College Preparatory Academy, Castlemont, Manzanita, LaEscuelita, Oakland High, West Street and High Street to distribute meals to student homes based upon a list of addresses provided by Nutrition Services and may also support home delivery enrollment and use bilingual staff members to assist OUSD families navigate the enrollment system, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Nutrition Services Department, for the period of November 3, 2020 through January 31, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00.
