Approval by State Administrator of Amendment #1 to Professional Services Agreement between District and RGM and Associates, Oakland, CA, granting the latter additional time needed to provide project management services for District's projects until a new contract can be negotiated for the 2008 school year in conjunction with the Division of Facilities, Planning and Management with no increase ($0.00) in approved present fee of $563,880.00 and extending the contract end date from February 29, 2008 to April 30, 2008. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
