Ratification by the State Administrator of Professional Services Contract between the District and Rodrigo Durate Clark, for the latter to provide services assisting administration in translation with parents and written material as appropriate, provide independent Spanish course for students at Emiliano Zapata Street Academy to fulfill graduation requirements and/or enrichment class for students that have English as a second language, for the period of April 29, 2009 through June 30, 2009, at a cost not to exceed $7,980.00.
