Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and CircleUp Education, Oakland, CA, for the latter to facilitate a combination of trainings and Discussion circles, described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, that are designed to help parents and community members process the emotional, societal, and interpersonal concerns and trauma that has arisen due to the rope/noose incidents that occurred at or near the Chabot Elementary School, for the term of October 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $10,622.00.
