Title
Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the District and Finkbeiner and Associates, for the latter to support the further alignment of Business and Operations to the Strategic Plan by developing and implementing a survey and analysis of the survey of strategic senior managers in the District, with a goal of providing information to the Superintendent and Deputy Superintendents about process and organizational structure improvements, for the period of October 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, increasing the Agreement amount by $20,000.00, for a total cost not to exceed $55,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
