Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide coordination and administrative support to improve family engagement and satisfaction during District’s peak enrollment season by facilitating clerical, technical, and student-led media engagement activities; support the Digital Ambassador Program, a component of BP 5115 that highlights District schools through short social media clips and school-based storytelling; provide stipends and mentorship for District students who assist in producing promotional audio-visual content that showcases school programs, culture, and community partnerships; coordinate and support  enrollment work in selected, peak periods; collaborate with the Student Assignment Center to streamline enrollment processes and increase school visibility-helping to boost and stabilize enrollment district-wide; reduce the number of families who do not respond to initial offers by ten percent, and increase family satisfaction ratings on Zendesk by five percentage points, via Student Assignment Department, for the period of November 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $72,050.00.
