Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Reading Partners, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide volunteer tutors (TUTORS), supervised by a site based coordinator, who will provide reading support to qualifying students, specifically utilizing a Reading Partners-approved program model which may include, but is not limited to, use of a proprietary, evidenced-based curriculum, individualized tutoring, and Reading Partners specific resources, through the agreed upon delivery methods during the days and times agreed, serving a minimum of 35 students weekly at Fruitvale Elementary School, for the period of October 23, 2023 through May 24, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
