Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and the National Equity Project (NEP), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide staff with leadership coaching and support for four groups of leaders; plan and facilitate support in four different leadership development series to a minimum of 60 staff that will offer at least four sessions that focus on increasing the will skill, knowledge and capacity of participants; support leaders in improving their leadership, supervision and management; and support participants in learning and practicing leadership and coaching frames; and provide weekly coaching to four managers in the Family, School, and Community Partnerships Department to deepen their leadership skills and knowledge, for the period of March 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
