Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Sandis, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide field work, office calculations and drafting to produce a topographic survey, including mapping of school property, building footprints of existing structures and building corner spot elevations, acquire the depth of all gravity utility systems and locate surface and underground utility manhole, vault, transformer, switchgear, cleanouts, etc., via Early Childhood Development Department, for the period of March 25, 2024 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $8,300.00.
