Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and King Construction Inspection, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional Inspector of Record Services for Construction as the certified DSA Inspector of Record to oversee the quality of the materials and construction compliance with DSA requirements, for the Solar Photovoltaics Phase 2 & 3 at Horace Mann Elementary School, Oakland Academy of Knowledge, Madison Park Academy, Stonehurst Elementary School, and Laurel Child Development Center, as outlined in the Proposal dated April 23, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional total amount of $38,201.02, increasing Agreement's total not-to-exceed amount from $63,735.54 to $101,936.56, extending the term of the Agreement from May 29, 2025 through April 30, 2026 to June 30, 2026 (an additional 61 days), via the Division of Facilities Planning and Management.
