Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and East Bay Consortium, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support school sites and district staff in providing high school students, particularly graduating seniors, with financial aid information management for post-secondary education, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set, via High School Network, for the period of January 4, 2021 through May 27, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
