Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Servio Consulting, LLC, Frankfort, IL, for the latter to facilitate the transition of data integration to a new continuing product to sustain OUSD Force, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 7, 2026 through May 31, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $60,375.00.
