Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Professional Services Agreement with Baseline Engineering, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide design and engineering services to replace a failed section of the retaining wall in conjunction with the Maxwell Park Elementary Retaining Wall Project for the period commencing January 14, 2005 and concluding upon completion of the desired services described therein, but not later than March 30, 2005 in an amount not to exceed $12,900.00.
