Approval by the State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between District and Bay Area Coalition for Equitable Schools (BayCES), for the latter to provide instructional and facilitative leadership development, data based inquiry training, cultural competence training, equity-centered professional learning community (ECPLC) development, school design, and coach development services to enhance the capacity of School Communities to dramatically improve educational experiences, outcomes, and life options for students and families at New Highland Academy Elementary School, at a cost not to exceed $34,000.00, for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008.
