Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Kusum Crimmel, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to co-facilitate 9 three-hour sessions to train a cohort of up to 20 educators to learn skills and content to facilitate antiracist affinity spaces at their school sites as well as 12 hours of coaching and support to participants between sessions; conduct up to 12 hours of planning meetings, material development, and preparation for facilitation of sessions, via Office of Equity, for the period of August 25, 2025 through October 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $10,440.00.
