Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Consortium Critical Incident Training and Consulting, Bradenton, FL, for the latter to provide four 3 hour in person trainings for the Buildings and Grounds staff, focusing on establishing prevention-based active shooter programs, concentrating on preventing the act of violence before it occurs; provide techniques to reduce staff's risk and anxiety, for the unchanged term of October 15, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $16,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $10,500.00 to $26,500.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
