Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and MarCon Builders, Inc., Oakland, CA, for relocating electrical panel, due to unforeseen conditions, in the modular building, which includes PCO 05, attached, for the Community Day Campus Building Modification Project, in the amount of $23,434.00, increasing the contract price from $264,337.00 to $287,771.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
