Ratification by the State Administrator of Professional Services Contract between District and Centro Legal de la Raza, for the latter to provide services to improve parent participation in school including: know your rights legal representation; individuals to teach Spanish to students to improve communication between students and parents; enhance school culture by promoting more parent participation at school and notifying school of concerns and questions voiced by parents, as described in the Scope of Work and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Think College Now, for the period of August 25, 2008 through June 30, 2009 at a cost not to exceed $63,000.00.
