Title
Approval by the Board of Education of Mandate Prep Services Agreement between District and School Innovations & Advocacy, Inc., for the latter to provide consulting services to assist District in the preparation and filing of reimbursement and estimated claims for the cost of the Mandate Reimbursement Process Program, legislatively mandated by the State of California, for three District fiscal years, as delineated in Agreement, including holding training sessions for District staff, as necessary or appropriate, as reasonably determined by vendor; monitoring district mandated cost tracking systems for each fiscal year; researching and assisting District with data collection for test claims approved by the Mandate Claims Commission; serve as a liaison with the State Controllers Office and Commission regarding certain responses and questions as specified in Agreement and providing representation of District with respect to any State audit of said vendor prepared claims, pursuant to terms and conditions specified in said Agreement, for an annual fee of $71,500.00 for each fiscal year or $214,500.00 cumulatively for period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013.
