Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the OUSD and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide AmeriCorps Members support with English Language Development (ELD) with the student population and support the classroom teachers in small groups and individually, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the period of October 16, 2024, through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00.
