Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Norman Bailiff, Oakland, CA, for the latter to (1) advise the principal about the management of the school's financial resources in a way that supports the achievement of the school's instruction goals, (2) advise the principal about alternative solutions to difficult managerial issues he confronts, (3) inform the principal about a wide range of district policies and procedures pertinent to the decisions he must make in managing the school, and (4) at the principal's request, take the lead in planning and carrying out complex projects that require extensive knowledge of specialized areas, at MetWest High School, for the term August 24, 2015 through June 9, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $1,200.00.
