Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Lowe Consulting Group, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to continue to provide Labor Compliance Services for the District, as described in the April 20, 2026, proposal attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A., in an additional not to exceed amount of $240,000.00, increasing Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $434,720.00 to $674,720.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from June 27, 2024 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027 (an additional 365 days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
