Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Professional Services Agreement with Gelfand RNP, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide architectural services including scoping, design, agency approval, construction administration and closeout tasks in conjunction with the Cox Elementary School Additional Classroom Project for the period commencing February 21, 2005 and concluding upon completion of the desired services described therein, but no later than September 1, 2007 in an amount not to exceed $615,000.00.
