Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Playworks, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide monthly professional development to teachers and training to student leaders to support structured play among students, as stated in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Markham Elementary School, for the period of September 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $24,000.00.
