Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Syntex Global, Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide additional or supplemental translators in Arabic, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Cambodian, or other languages, as needed, if available, upon District's request, when District need exceeds capacity or availability of employee translators to provide translation services, and to provide technical support service, for legally required Individual Education Program (IEP) Meetings, via the Department of Special Education, for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
