Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Master Standby Agreement for Material Testing and Special Inspection Services Agreement by and between the District and ISI Inspection Services, Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide Material Testing and Special Inspection Services for the Skyline High School Field Lighting Replacement Project, as further described in Exhibit A of the Amendment, in the additional not-to-exceed amount of $22,693.55, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $13,204.40 to $35,897.95. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
