Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Julie Kurtz, Danville, CA, for the latter to provide, in addition to existing offerings, new components include asynchronous self-paced training, coaching to support skill implementation, technical assistance, and a Training of Trainers Institute for authorization; further strengthen trauma-responsive practices, introduce Communities of Practice, Reflective Resilience Groups, and additional capacity-building resources, for the unchanged term of August 18, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $3,700.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $42,100.00 to $45,800.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
