Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Public Profit, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a comprehensive evaluation of OUSD's 84 Expanded Learning Programs, which includes reviewing all after-school documentation and materials to create and distribute student and family surveys to measure program quality and student experience; host four meetings with 130 site coordinators and agency directors to provide data literacy and explore possible approaches to address gaps in the program outcomes; and provide each school site with a program profile that will provide specific school data to help address programmatic needs, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 15, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $105,000.00.
