Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the following amended services: …”soil characterization services which include advancement of eight (8) soil borings to 20 ft Bgs. Two soil samples from each boring will be analyzed and tested. All analyses will be performed by a California DPH-certified laboratory under the supervision of a California-licensed Professional Geologist, as outlined in the Proposal dated October 9, 2025, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A,” in the additional amount of $48,593.75, increasing the not to exceed amount from $137,760.00 to $186,354.65, for the unchanged term of October 27, 2022 to December 30, 2027. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
