Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Carter-Kelly Consulting/Lifepoint, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide counseling services to ethnically diverse, disturbed students as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Oakland Tech High School, for the period of August 1, 2021, through May 31, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $60,200.00.
