Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Joanna Kaplan, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional grant support to include grant report writing, grant proposal writing, proposal editing, proposal and report research, document preparation, collaborative meetings for content development, planning, document review and gathering, and coordination of the grant submission process, to OUSD's Chief Partnership Officer, for the unchanged period of July 01, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $20,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $35,000.00 to $55,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
