Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Simplex Grinnell, Livermore, CA, for the latter to provide supervision to the electrical sub-contractor and / or low voltage installer of the fire alarm system during construction; this work is on a time and material basis in conjunction with the Burckhalter Elementary School Portable Installation Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing June 13, 2012 and concluding no later than December 30, 2012 in an amount not to exceed $4,480.00.
