Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and B. Gammage, The Creative Consultant, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support the expansion of youth sports program for District Middle School sites, by project management of youth sports activities through the 2026-2027 school year; provide administrative support for the Oakland Athletic League with youth sports programs, assist with secure facilities and supplies for the event, ensure logistics and operational components are implemented to support program success; manage district/grant compliance, like attendance, sign-in/out; design and implement youth sports survey or and data required by the district or grant; and communication of intersession youth sports program prior events, via Oakland Athletic League (OAL), for the period of September 15, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $65,000.00.
