Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Maintenance Contract by and between the District and BakTek, Livermore, CA, exercising the second of two one-year options, for unchanged Stoves, Ranges, and Hot Holding Cabinet Repair and Maintenance Services, in the unchanged amount of $100,000.00, renewing the Agreement from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, via the Nutrition Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
