Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to offer mentorship, support, and guidance to 75-100 Latinx young women in 5 groups of 15-20 students across grades 6-12, using support circles and somatic exercises to support mental health, positive self-expression, and mindfulness with students; and provide 1:1 mentorship for students who require an extra tier of support at LIFE Academy, for the period of January 5, 2026, through May 28, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
