Approval of Employment Agreement between District and Isaac Kos-Read, as Chief, Communications & Public Affairs - Office of the Superintendent, pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, who will be the chief public affairs and communication strategist for the District, and responsible for communicating and representing the District's vision, perspective and strategic plan internally and to the general public/community; building and maintaining public support for public education; growing, developing, supporting and leading a strong, vision-focused, service-oriented team of professionals supporting all aspects of public affairs, community engagement, communications strategies, stakeholder engagement and relationship management; managing the District's brand through well-developed internal communications messaging, public affairs, community engagement and organizational positioning and branding; and providing professional public relations, affairs and engagement assistance to the Board of Education pursuant to Board Policies and Administrative Regulations, for the term of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017 at an annual salary of $192,000.00*
