Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (Award of RFP No. 22-139OE Translation and Interpretation Services) by and between District and Syntex Global, Inc, Berkeley, CA (Parties), for the latter to provide Translation and Interpretation Services to the District through a variety of means and platforms including but not limited to in-person/pre-scheduled interpretation, video or web-based (VRI), over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) and/or document translations, all services on an as needed basis, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00, for the term of August 7, 2023, through June 30, 2026 and a Data Sharing Agreement, by and between Parties, for identical term, pertaining to the District's transmission of data to the second Party and the protection by the Second Party of such data, each, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the latter Agreement; w/both Agreements, via the Office of Equity.
