Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Partners in School Innovation, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide Instructional Leadership Team ( ILT) Support and Monthly Professional Development Team Meetings, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Reach Academy, for the period of August 7, 2023 through May 23, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
