Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Service Facilities Contract between District and SCA Environmental, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional hazardous material abatement monitoring and reports ensure that the abatement was performed within hazardous material removal regulations and laws in conjunction with the Madison Middle School Health Center Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $4,315.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $1,870.00 to $6,158.00 and extending the contract period of January 14, 2010 through June 30, 2011 to March 31, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
