Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/Agency Master Contract 2025/26 by and between the District and Aya Healthcare, San Diego, CA, for the latter to provide Special Education services, stated in Agreement, required by a student's Individualized Education Program, by adding the amount of $1,350,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $400,000.00 to $1,750,000.00, for the unchanged period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
