Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Gabriela Melano, Vallejo, CA, for the latter to provide 77 hours of service to support the Oakland Technical 9th grade leadership to plan and enact a series of retreats to develop structures for the 9th grade houses and advisory programs for 2011-2012, as well as development of other aspects of the grant as needed; provide group facilitation services to support collective decision-making by members of the 9th grade Instructional Leadership Team of Oakland Tech High School at a series of retreats, including planning meetings with the leadership team, developing retreat agendas, facilitating the retreats, and participating in post-retreat meetings to debrief outcomes, for the period March 1, 2011 through July 30, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $5,005.00.
