Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy (MOUEP) and Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) by and between the District and Davis, Bengtson & Young APLC, for the latter, under the MOUEP to provide more of the same legal services to the District for civil litigation matters and other legal services on an as needed basis, extending the term from the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025, and increasing the not to exceed amount of the MOU by $100,000 from $150,000.00 to $250,000.00 for the 2024-25 fiscal year only. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect; and the DSA, by and between the Parties named herein for the extended term of the MOUEP, defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Davis, Bengtson & Young APLC and the protection by Davis, Bengtson & Young APLC, of such data, via the General Counsel.
