Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Architectural/Engineering Services between the District and Op Terra Energy Services, Oakland, CA., for the latter to provide planning, analysis project prioritizing and submission of Energy Expenditure Plan for 3 to 5 years, in conjunction with the Prop 39 Energy Operations Various School Sites Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 22, 2016 and concluding no later than December 31, 2017, in an amount not-to exceed $192,214.00.
