Approval by the Board of Education of the Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Star Elevator, Belmont, CA., for the latter to "take each elevator out of service and provide assistance with the elevator as the District's fire alarm vendor performs work testing the fire recall.* After Contractor's work is completed, the elevator operation will be checked and return to service, further described in the Proposal, dated October 19, 2023, which is attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement" for the East Oakland Pride Elementary School Project, in a not to exceed amount of $3,442.00, with the work scheduled to commence on January 11, 2024, and scheduled to last until March 30, 2024.
